Training for a 5k doesn’t have to feel intimidating. 60day to 5k is a program designed to help beginners prepare for and cross the finish line of their first race.

What to Expect

This 8-week program delivers a training and nutrition plan to get you event-ready so you can complete and enjoy your 5k. The program begins the Monday following enrollment.

Once you enroll, you’ll immediately gain access to the Life Time Training App, as well as:

  • A downloadable program guide outlining essential nutrition and lifestyle to-dos to support your 5K training plan.
  • Access to a real-life coaching team to answer your questions or give you the virtual high-five you need to keep going strong.
  • A list of Coach Frankie’s tried-and-true workout and nutrition hacks to get you prepared for your next event.
  • 60-days of 50-min (max) workouts, each designed to help beginners properly train, build strength and improve muscle endurance — minimizing injuries commonly associated with running programs.

If you don’t have the Life Time Training App, you will be directed to the app store to download and will be automatically be enrolled in the program of your choice.
