This progressive 8-week program focuses on nutrition, fitness and lifestyle to build a healthy foundation for sustainable transformation. The program begins the Monday following enrollement.

Once you enroll, you'll immediately gain access to the Life Time Training app, as well as:

  • In-app educational videos
  • 8-week workout program

If you don’t have the Life Time Training app, you will be directed to the App Store to download the app and will be automatically enrolled in the program.
