About Me

I absolutely love what I do for a living! Each day I get the honor to work with people that want to better their lives via health and wellness! My passion is to meet each person on their level, to find out where they are currently at, where they ultimately want to go. Together we draw up a plan on how to get there. To me there is no better sense of accomplishment than truly helping someone transform their life. What’s holding you back?

Tried Everything....didn't get results? Give Keri a try! I've been a member of LT for 15 years. I've done almost all the Groups Fitness Programs; Boot Camp, Team Weight Loss, and GTX. I always and still committed to Group Setting Classes, such as Extreme, Warrior Sculpt, Yoga, Cycling, and Strictly Strength. As you can see I need a Group/Social Setting to achieve my fitness goals. 6 years ago I decided I should try a personal trainer. After joining Lifetime Fitness five years ago and having initial weight loss success (lost 40 lbs and cut my body fat % in half), I found myself struggling to maintain weight even though I was working out 3 to 5 times a week. I contacted Keri, my first nutritional coach, to set out a course of action to see what the underlying issues were. We found out it was a combination of too low daily calorie intake and maybe too much cardio work. We experimented several times with a "reverse diet" which allowed me to double my daily calorie intake without gaining weight or body fat %. Once we lowered the daily intake again, weight loss occurred almost simultaneously. Keri set me up with a personalized daily workout routine and holds me accountable on a daily & weekly nutritional guide that now has me back on track after all the Covid closure interruptions Keri has a positive, upbeat attitude and always with a smile on her face.
