Group Fitness

With optimized schedules, spots may fill up quickly. Any equipment needed for a class will be cleaned and set out for you. Be sure to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class start, as we will begin giving spots to members on standby at that time. Our on demand classes are always available to you via your Member App and the member website.
Introducing Our New Reservation Policy
As part of our club reopening plan, reservations are now required for all studio, cycle, and yoga classes. This will help ensure your safety as we implement smaller class sizes and facilitate safe distancing.

Drop in play and classes are available with accommodations made to facilitate social distancing. Reservations are required for infants and encouraged for children ages 3+ for classes. Our child center hours have been adjusted to implement enhanced cleaning protocols mid- day.
Introducing Our New Reservation Policy

When not in use by other programming, you may use the basketball hoops while practicing social distancing. Cleaning stations, of disinfectant spray and wipes, are available to help encourage cleaning of equipment before and after use.

Appointments are available now though service offerings may be limited based on governmental guidance. Team members and guests will be instructed to wash their hands immediately prior to and following all services and may be instructed to wear protective masks and gloves, as able, without interfering in the technical service. Touchless check-in and checkout process (no cash transactions and card readers will be guest-facing).

Training

We are committed to your safety and keeping your body and mind strong. Exercise and nutrition are vital elements to help improve immunity. To facilitate social distancing, sessions may be held in a dedicated VIP Training area, outdoors on club property or in larger spaces, such as the gym. Your trainer will wear a mask at all times. Register today for one-on-one, small group or Pilates sessions.

LifeClinic

You may notice LifeClinic team members wearing masks or gloves. We also ask that you wear a mask during your visit. Appointments may be held in other areas of the club for social distancing measures. Schedules have been modified to allow time for team members to wash their hands and disinfect offices, tables and equipment using an EPA-registered, virus-killing disinfectant.
