GTX Cut is more focused around strength and conditioning, so you're going to maybe add more weights and dynamic movements. So you're going to do squats, lunges. They're big muscles. They burn a lot of calories. A little bit of dynamic movements, so maybe some ice skaters, some lateral lunges, things you wouldn't necessarily do on your own. A lot of core work. So when I talk about core, I'm not just talking about your abs. I'm talking about your abs and your lower back and your oblique system, where everything is supported in the center of your body.

Then you're going to do motions like push-ups, shoulder presses, bent over rows, targeting all those big muscle groups, so you'll see a change in your body. But these motions are things that maybe you might be struggling with on your own. But as a trainer, I can help you perform them better. So you're going to see faster results.
