This all-in-one barre class positions you at a fixed barre, with you using it to move in and out of lower and upper body movements for a core, cardio, flexibility and strength-training workout.
What to Expect
A full-body workout with a combination of foundational ballet techniques and high-tempo athletic movements. You’ll lunge and lift, as well as perform arabesque and port de bras. No dance experience is necessary and moves can be modified to your fitness level.
