Check In, 5:30 – 6pm
Check in and get ready with music, photobooth, swag, samples and demos.

The Event, 6 – 7:30pm
An incredible workout experience celebrating our new hottest formats, with three 20-minute classes in a fun, progressive format.


What should I wear?
Workout clothes and your best tennis shoes! Something you’ll be comfortable moving and sweating in.

Can I bring a friend?
Yes! Non-member friends can register on the event landing page by clicking “Non-Member Reservation.”

What equipment will I use in these classes?

Each class uses a variety of equipment – you can expect to use cycling equipment, mats, dumbbells, resistance bands and step. All equipment will be provided by your club.

What should I bring? 

A water bottle and a great attitude.

How many classes will I experience?

Each club will host three abbreviated Life Time Signature classes. You can expect to experience:

Up to 20 minutes of XTREME

Up to 20 minutes of FIRE yoga

Up to 20 minutes of EDG cycle
