They say, in our life, that we have prana built up in us, the energy cycles within us. And to balance out your energy, you need rest and you need stress.
So meditation, the Be class, will actually give you that time to learn rest again.
Be is coming into the yoga studio, and sitting on your mat, and being able to just simply go within yourself. You need to slow down, and just come into that meditative state, and learn, again, simply to rest.
That's why we come to practice. That's why we come to this class to practice meditation, so we can take it with us, off of our mat and into our everyday.
