When you sign up for the Spring Spark challenge, what you're doing is you're committing yourself to eight weeks of health and fitness. You come in, meet with a personal trainer, and we discuss your health and fitness goals, and the best ways to go about getting there.
You get recipes, you get weekly grocery lists, meal plans, which are amazing. You're going to get workouts. I feel like a lot of us know what to do, but it's hard to do it until we're with a group that's pulling us with their energy.
Maybe it's I want to get to the gym once a week. That's my challenge. Maybe it's I want to improve my deadlift. Maybe it's I want to get ready to ride a bike outside. I like to think it's whatever you feel like you're ready for.
It may just be as simple as starting healthy habits, so you're feeling better and feeling more energetic.
One of my favorite results that I see is confidence. I see people coming into the challenge and they're not sure, and then they prove to themselves, through the challenges, I can do this. And I just see this momentum and this synergy that comes when you're part of the community.
Challenges are amazing because it gives you a target to shoot for. And you can just gun for that. So I love that.
