What if I need to make an adjustment to or cancel my reservation?

• Modifying your reservation or changing your station:

  • You can modify your reservation up to 2 hours prior to the start of class, either in the Life Time Digital app or on the website. If the class is not full, you may select a new, available station in the Life Time Digital app up to 2 hours prior to the start of class (or you may take an open station when you arrive at the studio).

• Canceling your reservation:

  • If you no longer plan to attend class, please cancel your reservation at least 2 hours prior to the start of class. We are unable to cancel class reservations within the two hour window before class. If the class is full, your reservation will go to the first person on the waitlist.
