Can I upload my own measurements in the “My Progress” section on the Dashboard?

The only sections you can update on your own are:

  • Sleep
  • Body weight
  • Body fat
  • Photos
  • Resting heart rate
  • Blood pressure
  • Lean mass
“Steps” and “Caloric Intake” can only be updated through an external fitness app such as Apple Health or MyFitnessPal.
