How do I adjust app notifications?

To adjust your notifications in the Life Time Digital app, go to My Profile > Settings >Push Notification Settings.

In the Life Time Training app, go the to the ‘More’ (three dots) option on the bottom right corner of the app. Under My Settings, choose Notifications, then adjust notifications for each scenario.
