How do I make changes to my membership?
Changes to your membership are accepted as shown below with advanced notice per your General Terms Agreement or Digital Membership Terms, as applicable. Some changes require additional steps to finalize your request — we will respond accordingly.
Suspend Club Access
Unable to use the club for a while? Once you’ve been a club-accessing member for six months, you can suspend your club access for up to four months once per calendar year. During this time, your membership will convert to our Life Time Digital membership for $15 per month, so you can continue to pursue your healthy way of life with on-demand classes, programs, and tools via the Life Time Digital app. Resume your club access with $0 joining fees.
A 30-day notice is required to suspend club access.
Reactivate Club Access
Ready to get back to your routine? Reactivate your club access sooner than your originally chosen reactivation date. Prorated access dues for the remainder of the current month will be collected within three business days. See you back at the club soon!

Need more Life Time? We can help with additional club access and pricing information. A one-time $10 service fee and applicable dues apply for an access upgrade.
Upgrade to a Signature Membership
You’ll get it all with a Signature Membership, all in one place:
- Signature Group Training classes
- Priority registration for classes, infant care and summer camps
- Indoor tennis and indoor pickleball court time (court fees included in membership)
Signature benefits apply to all members on your membership and the applicable dues rate is in effect upon upgrade.
Add or Reactivate Member(s)
Adding a family member is easy. Add a partner member (at least age 18 and who resides with you), as well as dependents age 3 months to 25 years for whom you or the partner member are the parent or legal guardian.
Adding or reactivating member(s) requires payment of applicable monthly dues per member. A one-time $10 service fee may apply and proof of cohabitation and/or guardianship may be required.
Inactivate Member(s)
Inactivate member(s) who aren't able to use the club for a while. A 30-day notice is required, and you may choose to set an automatic reactivation date for their club access. A one-time $10 service fee applies.
Medical/Military Freeze
Freeze your membership for medical or military reasons for up to three months. A physician’s note or military orders may be required. For memberships consisting of two or more people, the freeze applies only to the affected member. Need to extend your current freeze? Contact us via email or visit your club.
Membership Cancellation
Can’t use the club for a short time or as often as you used to? Consider suspending your club access and convert to our Life Time Digital membership for $15 per month. If you need to cancel your membership, a 30-day notice is required. We’re sorry to see you go and hope to serve you again in the future!
Update Payment Method
Securely and conveniently update your payment method(s) used for dues, recurring services (if applicable) and Club Tab (for one-time in-club purchases).
