Can I put my membership on hold?

Can’t use the club right now? We have a couple of options for your membership:

Digital Membership: Members who have maintained a club-access membership for at least 6 consecutive months may place their club access on hold for up to 4 months by converting to the Digital Membership for $15 monthly.

  • Resume your club access with $0 joining fees and at the dues rate in effect when you placed your club access on hold (subject to potential dues increases)
  • Choose a reactivation date that works for you
  • Maintain access to the Life Time Digital app, which includes programs, tolls, and services to help you stay healthy anywhere

Medical or Military Freeze: With a note from your attending physician or copy of your military orders, we can freeze your membership for a maximum of 12 months. Monthly dues apply during medical or military freezes. See the front desk at your local club with proper documentation to request a medical or military freeze. Please note: If your membership consists of two or more people, the freeze applies only to the affected member. Remaining members continue on an active membership.Medical or Military Freeze: With a note from your attending physician or copy of your military orders, we can freeze your membership for a maximum of 12 months.
