What is the difference between 30-Day Programs and Virtual Team Training?
The 30-Day Programs are goal and equipment-based programs designed by our top Fitness Professionals. They were created for you to complete on your own starting with day one of the program.
The Virtual Team Training Programs are led by our Master Trainers, who will strategically design a program to fit the needs of the team. When you join a Virtual Team Training Program, you will be starting on the same day as everyone else in the program. This provides a unique community sense and accountability.
