What happens if I miss my reservation?

In consideration of your fellow members who may be on waitlists, members who miss 3 class reservations in 30 days or less will temporarily lose their ability to make class reservations for 7 days.

Please note: If you were on a class waitlist and a spot became available in less than 24 hours prior to the start of class, you will not be penalized for missing your reservation. Penalties tied to classes do not overlap with penalties associated with other club activities.

For CTR Classes: Cancel your reservation at least 12 hours before class to avoid a no-show fee ($25, or $40 at NYC clubs). Early cancellations also free up reformers for members on the waitlist.
