I have been an athlete all of my life, but I really started my fitness journey in college. I took an interest in nutrition, began running, and then gradually started strength training. I decided to start training for my first bodybuilding show and while working with my own personal trainer to prepare for my show, I fell in love with the gym and the whole training process. Now I focus on functional movement and strength training with clients and for myself.
