Brad was not the first personal trainer that I have worked with. But, what set him apart was he made going to the gym fun at a time when I absolutely dreaded the idea of exercising. After working with him for years, exercising and pushing myself changed from a chore to a hobby resulting in losing close to 100 pounds!

Without Brad's direction, I wouldn't be where I am today. Brad took on my training April of 2012 with 25 pounds remaining in my 100 pound goal. Little did I know it would be the best decision I had made. My original trainer was moving on and Brad stepped in. His training sessions are fun and always different. He always pushes me in ways I never thought possible. He got me to my 100 pound mark on August 12, 2012 and has helped me with keeping it off and switching up my routine since then. I have enjoyed training with Brad for a year and half. He always makes me laugh or smile and I leave the gym in a better mood then when I got there. As a fitness instructor for almost 20 years, Brad always is able to motivate me to do more and challenges me to be better! He is extremely knowledgeable and has a great group of co-workers who he can refer to for other services when needed. The food sensitivity test was so helpful. Brad is a great trainer and very loyal.
