About Me

As a former dancer/professional ballet coach, I began Pilates and Fitness training to enhance performance & prevent injury. I'm trained in Mat and Equipment based Pilates, Barre, & Athletic Conditioning. I've completed the Stott Injuries and Special Populations course, & am enrolled in the rehabilitation track. My passion is promoting injury free range of motion to assist all clients gain strength and enjoy a healthy lifestyle. With Pilates we meet you where you are and take you where you want to go! Pilates is appropriate for everyone from the deconditioned to the elite athlete; Pilates has the ability to flex from the basics: connecting to your CORE, realigning your posture, learning and relearning basic movement patterns and re-introducing movement safely, to a fast paced, sweaty full body work-out incorporating all planes of movement and positions of the spine. I love all aspects of training and will happily accomodate you wherever you are on the movement spectrum!

Pilates was totally new to me, and after my total hip replacement surgery, was recommended as a safe means of regaining mobility and strength.
