About Me

I train for my 2 girls - my why. My hope is that they grow into strong, independent women that choose to lead a healthy lifestyle. I started off as a group fitness instructor in 2005 and after 7 years decided that I could offer more. Personal Training for me provides an opportunity to connect deeper with members - and help change lives! Outside of fitness, I love watching my girls play club level soccer!

About 2.5 years ago, my mom gave me the push I needed and connected me with Christa to start training. I cannot day enough good things about Christa my wife and I started training with her with Team Burn ( now GTX Burn). We go early mornings 6am on Monday, Wednesday’s and Friday’s the difference is amazing. I am down almost 40 pounds, from a 38 waist to a 34 and feel great. We have had personal training time with Christa but she makes the group training feel personal and she is so good at helping us to stay motivated. Christa is amazing! My husband and I did couples training with her and loved it! She evaluated both of our strengths and areas of opportunity and helped us reach our fitness goals! I am double jointed and was always fearful of hurting myself when lifting weights but Christa worked with me and helped me overcome my fear while educating me on the correct way to lift weights. Our training sessions were very early (6am) on Saturday mornings and I thought it might be hard to have energy and be motivated that early but Christa brings enough motivation and energy for everyone no matter what time of the day! Her positive attitude is contagious and we are so grateful to have her as a personal trainer!

When I started with Christa I was so out of shape I could barely make it a few steps without getting out of breath and not to mention it was just hard moving around. Forty weeks training with her I lost 26.5 inches and 46.1 lbs. She has taught me so much about myself and pushed me to do things I never thought I’d ever be able to do. She is such an amazing trainer. With her upbeat personality and positivity (even at 5 a.m.) she always makes working out fun even though she makes me sweat my booty off at the same time. Her training sessions may involve her singing songs and duck like dance moves lol. All which make training with her so much fun. Christa is definitely one of a kind.
