I am a passionate fitness professional and NASM Certified Personal Trainer striving to support community members in fostering positive, mindful habits for a sustainable and healthy lifestyle. As an athlete and dedicated long-distance runner, I take pride in being a small part of an individual's health and fitness journey, and exercise gratitude in helping clients discover the tools needed to meet their goals.

Training with Colleen has been a great experience. She is smart and knowledgeable always explained me why and how the exercise must be done to avoid hurt myself and how improve my posture. Colleen is an exceptional trainer. When I first met her for an assessment, I was at the lowest point in my life physically, mentally, and emotionally. She showed me such kindness, compassion and empathy, and made it easy for me to trust her. She is such an encouraging and supportive trainer and very knowledgeable in what she does. I had such horrible back pain when I began training with her, and within a month, I noticed a significant decrease in pain and an increase in strength and mobility. I got amazing results in the first month of training with her as well. The results I experienced in the first two weeks with her would typically take 12 weeks to achieve. She helped me achieve things I did not think I could achieve. I love that she really focuses on form and doing exercises correctly. She is respectful and considerate of current limitations yet helps me discover my edge. I truly cannot say enough positive things about Colleen.
