About Me

I currently serve as the PT Regional Center of Excellence Leader in St. Louis. I earned my degree in Communications from the University of Michigan and played for the Wolverines football team as the starting punter in three Rose Bowls from '89 to '93. Following college, I relocated to Los Angeles, CA, and pursued a versatile career. Besides roles in entertainment as an actor and writer, I ventured into the fitness industry, amassing over three decades of experience as a Personal Trainer. My extensive certifications include NASM, ISSA, ACE, and NESTA, including Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement. My coaching strength lies in my genuine ability to listen and connect with people on a deeper level. I believe in challenging the body with compound, functional movements in diverse planes of motion to foster lean muscle growth and efficient fat burning for relentless results.
