I hold a bachelor's in Exercise Science from Southeast Missouri State University and expanded my knowledge with an MBA from Fontbonne University. My lifelong goal is to challenge myself and positively impact lives. I served in the United States Army Reserves, assisting soldiers in peak physical fitness, and now, I've dedicated over six years to personal training. My guiding principle is to empower others through sustainable, healthy lifestyle changes. I emphasize compound and functional movements to burn body fat and increase muscle tissue for lasting results.
