About Me
My road to becoming a Personal Trainer goes back to when I was working my way to playing golf professionally. I realized that just practicing and playing golf wasn't enough. That I also needed to add a fitness and nutrition lifestyle to it. Adding that into my life not only helped me physically, but it also planted that seed to better my knowledge of fitness and nutrition. Now I am both a golf professional/instructor and a Golf Performance Specialist/Personal Trainer looking to motivate my clients to be their very best selves.
