Losing 100 LBS can change a life; just ask me about my experience! Having battled a weight problem most of life, 320 LBS was finally enough and it was time to make a change. With discipline, consistency, a proper training plan and the right nutrition, I was able to lose 105 LBS in 6 months! Inspired by this change, I made the decision to make health and fitness my life-long career. Saving myself made me want to help others accomplish their goals and fulfill their dreams through fitness. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, I bring energy, enthusiasm and expertise to every training session with my clients. It is my passion to put you on the right path to success.
