I'm Yirehi (Jay) Roman, driven by a life-changing injury that ignited my passion to guide others toward their best selves. With certifications such as NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, FRC-mobility specialist, and a Stretch Specialist, I sculpt lives, not just bodies. Currently growing my knowledge of high-performance sports coaching and obtaining my Corrective Exercise Specialist certification, I aim to optimize your body's potential by always growing my knowledge as a Coach. Jay is one of the best and most fun instructors I’ve ever had. I am not a fan of the gym or exercising and it really helps to have someone with a sense of humour so that training feels lighter and not like a chore. She’s also very creative in tackling any challenges I’m facing in the exercise so that good form is maintained. She’s super sharp and notices the tiniest problems in form and points them out to me so that I can correct and get the movement right.
