I have been working out with Liz and Team Fitness for 5 years. This year she began teaching a core class for active older adults which I also take. Liz is knowledgeable regarding the anatomy and delivers her knowledge and training expertise very professionally. I especially like her training in the core class because it is smaller and we learn so much from her. I would recommend her as a trainer to all.

Liz is an excellent motivator. I train with her regularly, and she keeps the workouts interesting and challenges me to do my best. I've worked on strength, core, and flexibility with her. Her team fitness classes are also great, and I attend when I can. She keeps things positive, and creates a fun atmosphere! I look forward to my training sessions with Liz!

I initially did personal training sessions with Liz. These sessions were tremendously helpful and included all aspects of a good workout (cardio, core, strength). I was able to use these workouts on my own when at the club. I am currently participating in TEAM cut with Liz. It is a great workout and she makes it fun! She is very knowledgeable and a wonderful trainer.

I met Liz when I took the barbell strength training class 5+ years ago. I then did several personal training sessions where she gave me great workouts with homework to do on my own. Now I do Team Cut and I'm hooked. I feel fit, strong and healthy. I also lost weight she has helped me keep it off.

7 years ago, I was living in Indiana and joined Lifetime fitness. I signed up for Team Weight Loss and then Team Fitness. Originally being from Minnesota, we'd travel back home to visit family. When I was in town, I'd come to the gym and join the Team Fitness class. Liz was the instructor for the class then and always welcomed me to join the class when I was in town. Now, I'm back living in MN and am part of the Team Cut class. Liz is a great instructor and helps with modifying exercises when necessary. I love that she encourages me to push harder and to do my best.

I am 76 years old. I take a senior group core training class with Liz. She has a great sense of humor that makes the class more enticing. She has geared the class to our age level, thus avoiding the frustration of failure and allowing us to progress delighted in our new capabilities. With the numerous core excercises available, the class has variety and new challenges week to week. She is generous with her compliments while also being able to provide correction without embarrassing the individuals. Positive reinforcement is one of her strengths and it never ceases to make me work even harder to accomplish the goals. As a senior, I realize the important role of excercise in maintaining my independence as I grow older. Excercise is a necessity and high on my priority list. It would be easier to be a couch potato but I don't allow that to be an option even though it can be very tempting when age isn't on my side. Liz provides inspiration and helps us to believe in ourselves and what we are able to accomplish. Liz has spoken at our monthly senior meeting on the topic of osteoporosis. She is very knowledgeable on the subject and gave the interesting presentation in a manner that held our attention and provided the stimulus to action. We are very fortunate to have Liz available to us as a trainer here at Bloomington South.

Liz has been my trainer for over 8 years. In those 8 years even though I am in a small group training, Liz has been able to still give me the individual attention needed for me to get the most out of each workout session. Knowing each of our limitations she is always giving me option or modifications for me to maximize my sessions.

I train with Liz to get in shape for sports. I am 13 years old and did not know what to do to train. Liz make training fun and has taught me a lot about fitness. My strength and agility has improved.

I have been a member at Lifetime for many years and worked out on my own, but never achieved the results I wanted. Since training with Liz for almost 2 years, I have finally attained the fitness level I had when I was in high school. Not only are the training sessions with Liz a key factor, but incorporating her programs into my own training have helped immensely. Once you realize what your doing isn't working to get the results you want, you need to make the changes that will help you reach those goals.

I first met or should I say heard Liz, while working out with a trainer. Boy, you sure could hear her from everywhere. Then I looked at her training class: they were working hard clearly, but also happy and laughing. So when I saw that she would be teaching a core class, I signed up! We do laugh and we are happy and she makes sure that we understand each component of a move and that we know we are doing it correctly to the most benefit for our bodies. Exactly who and what I want in an instructor and a class.

I started training with Liz about 9 years ago, I first met with her to start cardio training as I was going to have a shoulder replacement in 6 months and wanted to make sure I was in the best physical shape possible. I made it through my surgery and PT and went right back to Liz for continued personal training and team fitness. I feel Liz is the reason my surgery and recovery went so well...so I will continue to train with her for as long as I am able! Liz is very good at adapting exercises to fit my limitations, so I can work hard, and stay healthy!

I have been training with Liz for about 6 years and appreciate the fact that at the age of 70 she adjusts the program that is appropriate for me. Without her, I would not have built the strength and endurance I have. She also trains my adult son and grandson. She has a wealth of information to share and explains the why behind the training with a focus on form as to not create an injury. Thank you, Liz for helping me achieve a healthy lifestyle!
