About Me

I have an extensive background in collegiate football. After playing at the University of Pittsburg & University of Central Oklahoma, I started competing in Olympic weight lifting for about 3 years. I focus on proper movement patterns before getting people as powerful & efficient as possible. Training for longevity of life & performance is key. A few things we lose as we get older are power, strength, & balance which is why I focus on a more functional training style. I've been given the opportunity to impact so many different people’s lives through physical training & I truly feel this is what God's purpose is for me. I also teach Alpha Strength here at Lifetime. My class focuses more on the two Olympic lifts - clean & jerk & snatch. Come learn these movement patterns with me through physical training or Alpha.

Jason does a great job in teaching clients proper techniques and correcting form when necessary. It is hard finding a trainer who feels comfortable telling clients when to correct their form, but I’m thankful for him doing so. It has prevented many injuries. You can tell Jason genuinely cares about the clients well being when training and wants to see his clients make progress. I always look forward to classes with him knowing I’m getting better and stronger with his direction.
