About Me
I decided to make a personal lifestyle change after my father passed away. I was overweight at 250 lbs and decided to change for my son. I started my fitness journey then. After a year I had lost 80 lbs and I was in the best shape in my life. I then decided to go to school for Personal Training to help others that may not know how to approach their journey.
