About Me

As a competitive athlete, I’m very passionate about Fitness/Alpha, and living a healthy lifestyle. I would like to share my passion and knowledge with my clients in helping them succeed to reach their fitness goals. I’m a firm believer that form and technique come first to ensure safety. All ability levels are welcome, but come to you session ready to work hard and give it your all.

Since I started training with Josh my body has been transformed. I have lost 10 pounds many times throughout my life, but this time is so much different. Josh always takes the time to explain the movements he is having you do and why you are doing them.
