My healthy active lifestyle jumpstarted in 2001 when I prepared for the University of Minnesota Spirit Squad tryouts. Spirit Squad members are challenged physically through weight resistance training and cardio conditioning. My body was deconditioned from 2 years of college stress stress. Graduated in 2004 with a Bachelors in Child Psychology. After becoming a mom in 2005 I jumped at an opportunity to start in the Fitness Industry as a Group Fitness Professional. My thirst to support individuals lead me to obtaining my Personal Training Certification in 2011. Fitness has been the foothold in my life as my family and I relocated several times over the past 16 years. The opportunity to work with serval Fitness Clubs across the Nation in Utah, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Minnesota has allowed me to get certified and trained in amazing educational programs that diversify my training skills in Personal, Small Group, HIIT, and Advanced Instructor Trainings.
