About Me
My health journey began over 8 years ago as a busy mom of three. I learned the importance of self-care and its positive impact on my mental and physical well-being. With dedication to healthy eating, exercise, and quality sleep, I drew inspiration from fitness professionals at my local gym. This led to a career change. In 2016, I earned my AFAA Primary Group Exercise Certification, followed by the prestigious NASM Personal Trainer Certification three years later. My goal is to lead by example, inspiring and empowering our members on their fitness journeys. I provide a personalized, caring experience to ensure every member leaves with pride, energy, and commitment to their path of fitness excellence.
