About Me

Born and raised in England until I moved to the USA 9 years ago at 42, My career in the Fitness Industry began with a snapped ACL during a soccer game. The rehabilitation program was extensive and I spent many hours in a local gym. During that time I became obsessed with how my body worked and how, given the right stimulus, could rebuild stronger than it was before. That was the beginning of what has become my passion. I have spent more than 15 years educating myself so that I can have and share the most up to date knowledge within the Health and Fitness Industry. Corrective Exercise has become a huge aspect of my coaching programs because in this modern world of automation our bodies are taking the brunt of poor posture and movement.
