About Me

I grew up in a family that was very passionate about health and fitness. I was a 3 sport athlete in HS and a 2 sport athlete in college (football & track). I have always enjoyed helping and coaching people, and find it very rewarding to help someone realize their potential and hit their goals. Outside of work I still enjoy being very active, playing many recreational sports and other pick up games. Then relaxing on a beach.

At the beginning he helped restore my weight, health, and strength after a serious encounter with Covid. A year into training I felt ready to undergo a long-needed hip replacement. The Doctors were amazed with my speedy recovery. Thank you Lance! With his expert training my fitness level was high going into surgery. Within two weeks post-surgery, I ditched the walker and was climbing stairs. Cleared for gym workouts at 6 weeks post-surgery, Lance is now expertly bringing me back to my previous fitness level! Because of these scheduled training sessions, I faithfully come to the gym and then add an aerobic swim and sauna for a perfect workout. Have also made some great friends with staff and fellow patrons!! Coon Rapids Lifetime Fitness is the Best!!

Exceptional trainer! Lance always has a positive attitude and his workouts are always challenging and fun! I have been working with Lance for almost 6 months now. Since that timeframe, I have lost almost 20 lbs., lowered my blood pressure to normal levels where my doctor took me off my blood pressure medication, and I've become stronger and healthier! Lance is an awesome trainer for someone who was in desperate need of strength recovery with negligible experience on the work out floor! In six weeks he restored my strength (plus some) after being bed ridden for five weeks. His cheerful attitude, motivation, watchful eye, and appropriate workouts were exactly what I needed. Progress is good and I plan to continue to maintain and build my strength level. Age 66.

Awesome trainer! Lance is very personable coupled with a lot of knowledge. Not like other trainers I've worked with and got me enjoying working out again after transitioning out of physical therapy.
