Investing in your health and wellness takes courage and commitment. There are very few challenges that I haven't faced in my own body - from weight loss, recovery from injuries, strength building and even healthy aging concerns. I've been successfully helping people tap into their own transformative powers for over 15 years. I acknowledge that everyone has different preferences and goals, which is why I offer multiple training modalities and am always furthering my education. My background includes Pilates, Personal Training, Group Training, Nutrition and Yoga.
