I’ve worked out with several personal trainers, but it wasn’t until I started training with Lou two years ago that I started to see significant results. I have since gained a high level of appreciation for the value of an exceptional personal trainer. From my first orientation session with him, I spotted his passion for health and fitness and I knew he was the right trainer for me. I trained with Lou 3 days a week for almost a year. The first day I was done - completely done - within the first 25 minutes. He bought me smoothie, gave me a eating regiment for workout days and non-workout days, and advised me to take the 96 Food Allergy Test. In about 4 weeks my I dropped 10-12 pounds and got by body fat percentage down from 25% to 19.5%. I was 29 and looked and felt better than I ever had.
