About Me

My name is Marina Hamberlin and I graduated from JMU with my B.S. in Kinesiology May 2021. I am a NASM-CPT and CES, with a specialty in women's health and fitness! I've been training for 5 years now, and I love helping others find their love for health and fitness. My goal is to help you learn, get stronger, and work smarter, not harder.
