I loved sports from an early age and always thought I would get myself into the industry working with athletes and perhaps becoming a physician. As I started my schooling, I realized that I did not want to narrow my reach to a certain group of people and that I did not want to treat but rather prevent. The more people I could help meet their own health and fitness goals the better. Thus began my journey.

As a Life Time Member, my workout sessions on my own became boring and unprogressive. I sought out personal training and by grace, met up and began personal training sessions with Michelle Wong. Michelle introduced me to proper equipment uses, cardio, fitness workouts and nutrition upgrades I had not considered in the past. In addition to vigorous workouts after each meeting, she ended each session with a thorough stretch which was most admirable as I sustained no injuries. I received high quality expertise, attention, and knowledge that will be with me always. As a current Life Time member I know she maintains an open door.
My family and I joined Life Time because my son just loved the beautiful basketball court at our gym. Along with our membership was included one session with a personal trainer. I had never worked with a personal trainer before; in fact, I hadn't worked out much at all in the past few years. And, I had just had a skiing accident leaving me with a broken shoulder. I didn't know if I would even be able to work out, but I was willing to give it a try. That's when I met Michelle. Michelle listened to my story, asked questions, was professional and fun at the same time. At first we took care to get my arm healed, which it did, without any complications. I truly believe working out with Michelle had a lot to do with that, and so did my Doctor. After I was well I continued to work out getting stronger and more confident. Michelle encouraged me to do things I would have thought impossible, but I just kept getting better. She even kept an eye on my diet ! I am still going to the gym now 2 years later and feel healthy and fit. I don't know if that ever would have happened if I hadn't joined such a great gym and met such a great trainer!
