About Me
I got interested in nutrition after I tore my ACL multiple times and experienced the benefits of proper nutrition and supplementation during the recovery process. This experience led me to study dietetics and become a registered dietitian. Nowadays, I help people build foundational nutrition skills to achieve their personal health goals through habit-based coaching. My approach is simple yet strategic. No rules. No restrictions. Just healthy habits for life.
