About Me

I get people from can't back to can. I was that kid in gym class who couldn't do a push-up or climb the rope. I began to train to become a better martial artist. Eventually I became a competitive MMA fighter. Fitness training made me healthier, happier, and more capable of being the person I enjoy being. I got into the field because I want to help people transform themselves into the person they enjoy being, too.
