About Me

I've been a year round athlete since high school, but developed my passion for training after a knee injury my senior year that required surgery and months of rehab. I then fell in love with all things fitness! Motivating people, weight and strength training, cardio, yoga, healthy eating, you name it, I'm in! I have a passion for all the things that lead you to a healthy way of life. Then life and 40lbs caught up to me. I learned that, at almost 50 years old, a Healthy Life Style is a mindset that must be refreshed DAILY. I truly love helping others discover their true "WHY" and together help them reach their fitness goals! My personal moto is: "Lose, Gain, & Maintain: Lose doubts, Gain knowledge, & Maintain your goal". LET'S GO!
