About Me

I have been a fitness professional for over 40 years. Coming from a family that struggles with obesity and health issues, I began my career out of concern for health and vitality. My unique areas of interest are pilates, martial arts, boxing, and functional/core training. I am a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo. Outside of work, I enjoy tennis and staying active, cooking and barbecuing, and taking care of my 4 "furry" children.

Just can't say enough about the benefits I have already received from Sherri after only just a few months. Her workouts are awesome!! Sherri creates each workout in advance and encourages me to notify her of any injuries or other issues that may require her to make modifications, so she can be well prepared when I show up. She is highly knowledgeable of all the equipment, but she doesn’t stop there. Sherri keeps up to date with her profession and purchases her own weights, bands, and other items to create the most effective state-of-the-art workout for each individual client. She is friendly and conversational, but not at the expense of keeping the workout moving along, while watching and correcting my form, and challenging and encouraging me.
