About Me

I have always had a strong interest in strength training and more specifically developing total body performance and balanced strength. As I became more involved in my efforts to create more balanced strength within myself, I became interested in helping others achieve similar goals. Outside of work I love to follow sports (basketball and football are my favorites) and continue my education on the human body.
