What happens if the Kids Academy class I want is full?

We cannot guarantee space availability for any class. If the class you would like to register for is full, you can select to place your child on the waitlist.

Waitlist
When you add your child to a waitlist for a class, they will receive the next spot in the waitlist 'line.' If a member who holds a reserved spot in that class cancels their reservation, their spot will go to the next member at the top of the waitlist. If your child is on the waitlist and a spot opens up, you will receive an email notifying you that your child has come off the waitlist and they have secured a spot in that class.

Unfilled Class Spots
If your child is still on the waitlist 2 hours prior to the class start time, your child may be able to claim an unfilled spot. Open spots in the class that remain unfilled 10 minutes prior to the start of class will be given on a first come, first served basis to members waiting in the standby line at the Kids Academy.
