Can I bring a guest to the club?

We welcome guests, whether with a member or as a walk-in visitor interested in learning more about Life Time. As part of your membership benefits, you receive complimentary guest passes each month. A non-member may utilize a member guest pass once every sixty days. Adult guests (18+) using a member guest pass must complete and sign a guest registration and present a valid driver’s license or government issued identification card. Guest hours vary by location.

When not extended a member guest pass, a one-day membership may be purchased for ages 14 and older. Ages 13 and younger are complimentary with a one-day membership purchase.
