What happens if I miss my reservation?

In consideration of your fellow members who may be on waitlists, members who miss 3 class reservations in 30 days or less will temporarily lose their ability to make class reservations for 7 days.

Please note: If you were on a class waitlist and a spot became available in less than 24 hours prior to the start of class, you will not be penalized for missing your reservation. Penalties tied to classes do not overlap with penalties associated with other club activities.

For CTR Classes: Cancel at least 12 hours before class to avoid a no-show fee (fee ranges from $25-$40 depending on club location) and help ensure reformers are available to waitlisted members. Members who miss 3 CTR class reservations in 30 days or less will temporarily lose their ability to make CTR class reservations for 7 days.
