Where can I find class descriptions?

Tap or click on the desired class in the class schedule, where you'll be presented with a class description and details, including other times the class is offered, instructor name and equipment needs.

For more information on the classes offered in our Class Collection, from the Life Time app home screen, select 'Class Collection,' or from myLT, under the 'Explore' menu, select 'Classes.'
