What preopening benefits do I receive?

  • Life Time Digital: You receive instant access to Life Time Digital which includes on-demand and livestream classes. Download the Life Time Digital mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Once you've downloaded the app, use your MyLT account username and password to login.
  • Premium branded apparel or gear: Your choice of an exclusive premium branded apparel or gear item can be redeemed online ahead of Grand Opening. Simply visit shop.lifetime.life/grandopening and log in with your MyLT account credentials. Choose one item from the selection, add to your cart, and enter the promo code that you received via email (code is only valid for 1 item each per MyLT account, maximum of 2 per membership). Your item will be shipped within 1-2 weeks after you submit your order.
  • Dynamic Personal Training Session: Each adult on the membership will receive one 1-hour session with a Dynamic Personal Trainer once the club is open. See a Dynamic Personal Trainer or click here to schedule. 
  • Spa Credit: Primary member receives $25 credit to the LifeSpa. You can redeem your spa credit at any open LifeSpa once your home club opens. You can use your credit towards any in-club spa or salon service.
  • Swim Lessons: If applicable, you receive one month of swim lessons with recurring purchase for each Junior on the membership. See Aquatics Manager once the club is open to schedule.
  • Preopening Goal Setting Session: Each adult on the membership will receive a complimentary session with our Dynamic Personal Training team ahead of Grand Opening. Reach out to your Member Concierge to schedule.  

When will my membership dues be drafted?

Your prorated membership dues will be drafted the day your club opens. Your first full monthly membership dues will be drafted on the first day of the following month.

Will I get a physical membership card in the mail?

Life Time members will have access to the Life Time Digital app which will store a digital membership card. Upon check-in at the front desk prior to each club visit, you will present the barcode in the app.

Are there any tasks I should complete before my first visit?

1. Download the Life Time Digital App & create your MyLT account: If you haven’t done so already, download the Life Time Digital App via the Apple App Store or Google Play.

*Please note, if you are the Primary Member on the account, your MyLT account has been created for you automatically. If you are the partner on the membership, you can create your account using your Member ID which can be found in the initial email you received after joining.  

2. Redeem your choice of premium branded apparel or gear: After you've created your MyLT account, visit shop.lifetime.life/grandopening to log in and select one item of your choice from the selection of premium branded apparel and gear.  

3. Have your photo taken: Every individual included on your membership, regardless of age, must have a photo taken for their membership. You can get your photo taken ahead of Grand Opening at the Preview Center if your club has one.

4. Sign your Usage Agreement: Every adult on your membership is required to sign this form before using the facility. You can sign your Usage Agreement before Grand Opening at the Preview Center if your club has one.

5. Schedule your Goal Setting Session with our Dynamic Personal Training team to discuss your goals, measure your starting point and create a plan to jump start your journey with Life Time. Contact your Member Concierge to schedule ahead of Grand Opening.

When will class schedules be available?

Class schedules will be available one week prior to Grand Opening. An email will be sent out with the class schedules once available, along with information regarding reservations.

When will I be able to reserve my spot in classes?

You will have the opportunity to reserve spots in classes one week prior to the Grand Opening. Communication will be sent out once reservations become available.

When will I find out the opening date of my club? / When is the club going to open?

As soon as a Grand Opening date is confirmed, you will receive an email with the specific date and other club opening information. 

What is the guest policy once the club opens?

When will in-club tours be available?

In-club tours may be available at your club before the Grand Opening. You will receive email communication with tour dates and hours if applicable.
