The 2025 Fall Life Time® 30 Strong Challenge (“30 Strong”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. CST on October 6, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CST on November 4, 2025 (“Giveaway Challenge Period”), and is only open to Life Time club access members. Any Entries that are not posted, filled out or submitted correctly and completely may be disqualified. Any Entry, which in the sole opinion of Life Time® is deemed inappropriate in any way, is inconsistent with the theme or image of the 30 Strong, violates the terms of these Official Rules in any way, may be rejected and result in disqualification. Entries will only be accepted as noted above. All Entries become the property of Life Time® and will not be acknowledged or returned. Life Time® has the right, but not the duty, to disqualify and take down any Entry submitted in connection with 30 Strong that violates any terms herein in Life Time’s® sole discretion. Life Time® may terminate 30 Strong at any time and without notice as permitted by law. 30 Strong is only open to Life Time club access members who are legal residents of the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec) who have obtained the age of 18 (or the age of majority under applicable law) by September 8, 2025. Employees of Life Time, Good Health Sauna, NOBULL and Hyperice or their subsidiaries and affiliates, or spouses of employees of Life Time, Good Health Sauna, NOBULL and Hyperice and their subsidiaries and affiliates are not eligible to register or win. Additionally, if you were an employee (or spouse of an employee) of Life Time (or subsidiary or affiliate), Good Health Sauna, NOBULL and Hyperice within the sixty (60) days prior to the 30 Strong start date, you are not eligible to register or win.   2. Habit Submission via the App or Mailed Letter: After Entry as described above, Entrant must complete and track the eight (8) daily habits (Eight Daily Habits Include: (1) completion of a daily workout, (2) 8,000 steps completed each day, (3) completion of 15+ minutes of recovery/self-care, (4) completion of 15+ minutes in nature, (5) completion of 7+ hours of sleep, (6) 30 grams of protein ate per meal, (7) Entrant drank half their body weight in ounces of water, and (8) Entrant abstained from alcohol) for all thirty (30) days of the 30 Strong (October 6, 2025 – November 4, 2025) in the Life Time Digital app program “30 Strong” by 11:59 p.m. CST on November 4, 2025, or by mailing a letter postmarked by November 5, 2025, with the Entrant’s name, postal address, email address and/or telephone number and their written confirmation that they completed the eight (8) daily habits (see above) for each day of the 30 Strong from October 6, 2025, to November 4, 2025, with the final habits completed by 11:59 p.m. CST on November 4, 2025 (“Submission Period”) to be eligible to win. Failure to complete and track all eight (8) daily required habits each day of the 30 Strong (October 6, 2025 – November 4, 2025) during the Submission Period will void entry. In no event will submissions be accepted after 11:59:59 p.m. CST on November 4, 2025, via the app or postmarked later than November 3, 2025, if submitting final habit submission through the mail. Only one (1) Entry per participant.

  3. Requirements of Entries. By submitting an Entry, you warrant and represent that you consent to the submission and use of the Entry and to its use for the purposes set forth herein. In addition, by submitting an Entry, you consent to being notified through your provided information to fulfill your eligibility to win a prize and otherwise communicate with you in connection with your participation as otherwise described and permitted in these Official Rules, and you agree to the publication of your first name and last initial if you win. Any information provided under these Official Rules, including, without limitation, any information provided in connection with an Entry or participating in 30 Strong, shall be subject to the Life Time terms of use/service and privacy policy/notice, Life Time’s Guest and Club Policies and the Digital Membership Terms (applicable to access members for whom a Life Time Digital membership is included) posted on the applicable website.

  4. Drawing. All habits must be completed by November 4, 2025, at 11:59:59 p.m. CST. and submitted in the Life Time Digital app program “30 Strong” or mailed as described above and postmarked no later than November 5, 2025. Prize winners are determined by random selection of eligible Entrants. Winners will be announced on or around the week of November 10, 2025. Subject to the eligibility requirements of these Official Rules and all other applicable conditions of the 30 Strong Official Rules, the persons whose names are drawn will be awarded the prize upon successful completion of a skill challenge subsequent to the drawing. If the skill challenge is not successfully completed by the person whose name was drawn, their eligibility will be forfeited, and another name will be drawn. Participants need not be present to win. By entering, Entrant consents to being notified through their email address or telephone number, as applicable, from Life Time. If any winner fails to respond to notification within five (5) business days, their eligibility will be forfeited, and another finalist may be selected.

    Prizes are non-transferable. Limit of one (1) Prize per person. State taxes, surcharge fees and other restrictions may apply. Prize winner(s) will also be required to execute an Affidavit containing a skill challenge, Publicity Release and a W-9 (if applicable) within fourteen (14) days of notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be chosen. Life Time will coordinate the delivery of prizes with the eligible winner(s).   7. Winner Affidavit and Release. By entering 30 Strong, each Entrant agrees to follow and be subject to these Official Rules. Before receiving a prize and as a condition of receiving a prize, winner(s) may be required to provide valid photo identification featuring his or her name and address as it appeared on the Entry supplied, provide proof of proper age and residency, and sign an affidavit of eligibility and release supplied by Life Time which, among other disclaimers: (a) releases Life Time, Inc. and its range of subsidiaries, directors, agents, agencies, affiliates, promoters, officers, directors, employees, Prize Supplier (including Hyperice, Good Health Sauna and NOBULL) and related persons (“Life Time” or “Life Time Fitness”) from any and all liability related to the 30 Strong and the receipt and use of a prize, and (b) grants Life Time and Hyperice, Good Health Sauna, and NOBULL the right to publish, reproduce, distribute, share, post, broadcast, and/or otherwise use Social Media Post(s), other content, the winner’s name, city/state, photograph(s), voice, testimonial, approved biographical information, or other likeness and/or other provided information, 30 Strong Grand Prize information or personal exposition (and/or any edited portion thereof) for promotional, advertising and/or publicity purposes in any media, now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without compensation or consideration or notice to, or further consent of, the entrant or winner to the extent permitted by law. Failure to do so will result in disqualification, forfeiture of prize and selection of an alternate winner.

  8. Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, and Indemnification. You acknowledge that there are risks associated with your participation in the 30 Strong and receipt of any prize, if applicable, and you agree that the terms of your General Terms Agreement, Member Usage Agreement and your Digital Membership Terms along with Life Time’s Guest and Club Policies apply to your participation, including but not limited to the Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, and Indemnification provisions. By entering the 30 Strong, each Entrant agrees to follow these Official Rules and to release, discharge, and hold harmless Life Time, Hyperice, Good Health Sauna and NOBULL and their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents, together with the present and future officers, agents, employees and representatives of each of them, from any and all responsibility or liability whatsoever for any property loss, damage, illness, personal injury, or death, in connection with the Grand Prize and/or any person’s participation in the 30 Strong. To the extent that the Entrant utilizes any other third-party products and services in connection with 30 Strong, the Entrant agrees to comply with all applicable terms and conditions of any agreement for such third-party products and services.

  9. No Guaranty of Weight Loss or Body Transformation. Individual weight loss results vary and participation in 30 Strong does not guarantee weight loss. Factors including, but not limited to, diet, genetic makeup, overall health, or physiological differences may influence weight loss. Please consult with your physician before beginning any new nutrition or exercise program.

  10. Non-participating Club. Not all Life Time Clubs are participating in the 30 Strong Challenge. See your Club for details.

  11. General. All interpretations of these Official Rules shall be made by Life Time, whose decisions and interpretations shall be final and binding. Life Time reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this 30 Strong or any part of this 30 Strong for any reason. Life Time reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it reasonably suspects or believes to be tampering with the Entry process, any part of the 30 Strong itself, or the award mechanism by any means or suspected to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other term or condition of 30 Strong set by Life Time. If Life Time determines, in its sole discretion, that unforeseen events have compromised the integrity or viability of 30 Strong, Life Time reserves the right to void the entries at issue, and/or terminate the relevant portion of 30 Strong, including the entire 30 Strong, and/or modify 30 Strong. Life Time shall not be responsible for incomplete or late entries, that are not received by Life Time by the applicable deadline for any reason whatsoever.
