What to Expect
Join Coach Collin to learn the fundamentals of strength training. We will focus on free-weight compound lifts that engage the entire body. Sessions are held Mondays and Wednesdays. Coach Collin focus on barbell strength training, bodyweight mobility, bodybuilding, and nutrition coaching. He also coaches a competitive powerlifting team ranging in age from 17 to 65 years old.
